Return Policy:

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be in their original, unused condition
• Items must be returned in the original packaging (polymailer or box)

Return processing typically takes 5 to 10 business days after the item is received.

Refund Policy:

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the item arrives damaged
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card)
• All items are inspected upon return. If the item is returned in its original condition, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price
• If the item does not meet return conditions, we will contact you to discuss options
• We reserve the right to determine refund eligibility based on our return criteria
