📦 Return Policy
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
To qualify:

Items must be in original, unused condition

Items must be returned in the original packaging (polymailer or box)

No new damage or signs of wear after purchase

Vintage items may show minor signs of age or wear, but anything major not mentioned in the listing qualifies for return

If there’s a small issue we may have missed—like a minor flaw not mentioned in the listing—we might be able to offer a partial refund instead, no return needed. Photos are required so we can evaluate the situation. We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
If you prefer to return the item, you can begin the process directly through our Return Portal. Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive detailed return instructions via email. Please do not send items back without approval, as unapproved returns may cause delays or be denied.
📍 Local DMV Return Option
If you're local to the DC–Maryland–Virginia area, you can return your item at our Gaithersburg, MD location on Saturdays or Sundays. Contact us first via live chat before dropping off.
Even for local drop-offs:
